Accounts Assistant
About Our Client:
Our client is a well-known Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Contractor company in Malaysia.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· To issue payments to suppliers and subcontractors.
· To prepare payment / cheque and other related documents.
· To handle and reimbursement of petty cash and staff claim
· To issue Invoice to clients.
· To carry out bank reconciliation.
· To carry out daily bank-in and collection report at cash book.
· To check invoice with delivery order, purchase order and report at creditors aging.
· To check email, filing etc.
Required Experiences:
· Minimum SPM. School leaver are considerable.
· Can speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language is an advantage
· Computer literate, word and excel
· Good etiquette in answering telephone
· Knowledge in accounting system is an advantage
