Senior Sales Account Manager – ERP Solutions (based in Ho Chi Minh)

A large US multinational ERP software solutions company. 

 

About the Role:

This position is accountable for the sales success of the business unit.  The overall objective is to achieve or exceed budgeted revenues each financial year. The successful candidate will be accountable for building delivery capability and sales efficiency of in country channel partners and direct sales. Provide key enabling process to help support channel partners’ resource planning, their revenue growth development, partners’ skills training ultimately resulting in building healthy sales pipelines and sale revenue. In addition, to support Partner Eco-system infrastructure to enhance our branding and ensuring successful partnering program.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for the creation of territory plan for the business unit.

·         Responsible for achieving quarterly & annual financial targets (revenue quota).

·         Selling software licenses to both new customers and current customer accounts directly and/or indirectly through partners.

·         Has relevant experiences in selling application software in the area of ERP, Supply Chain Management, BI and other software products

·         Work with and building business partners to drive software license deals in allocated territory.

·         Focus on generating and driving sales

·         Responsible for the effective collaboration with other sales business partners in the allocated territory.

·        Responsible for the overall planning, strategy, direction and control of all sales in the allocated territory; including setting sales strategies; managing the business partners; achieving agreed sales volumes/ revenue; and the development of future sales plans.

·         Responsible for maintaining CRM and submitting required sales reporting and accurate sales forecast to the respective Sales Director.

·         Responsible for handling escalated customer complaints.

·         Required to communicate with customers to ensure that contractual service expectations are exceeded.

·    Provide sales, technology and business-related expertise particularly in the relevant Industries namely are manufacturing, distribution, retail, logistics, financial services, and insurance.

·   Establish contacts and building positive relationships/networks with senior level decision makers of the relevant Industry/ accounts and its environment.

·         Travelling is essential

  

Required Experiences:

·         A University Degree from a well-recognized tertiary institution, preferably in related discipline.

·         Minimum 5-8 years of solid and proven track record of sales / direct sales / channel sales experience in the related industry/ markets.

·         English and Vietnamese language proficiency are mandatory. Any other ASEAN language would be a plus
