About the Role:

Our Supply Chain Planning Team works with clients to implement our Company’s software and industry standard processes with the aim of reducing costs, increasing customer service and creating frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency.  Whilst our technology is the enabler for attaining business benefits, the quality and experience of our Consultants are key differentiators.  For its ASEAN Supply Chain Planning Consulting Services Team, we seek to recruit an applications consultant with
the following profile. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

·        Understanding customers’ supply chain planning business requirements

·        Analysis and documentation of business processes

·        Hands-on configuration of the software applications to deliver the required solution

·        Personal delivery of education, training and functional/best practice consultation to customers

·        Working within the framework of a formal implementation method

·         Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, Operational Research/Management, Logistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering.

·         Formal customer facing consulting experience

·         Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal

·         Experience of implementing of supply chain planning software products as described above

·         Competency in use of MS Office suite and MS Visio

·         Microsoft-based analytical and reporting tools, e.g. Excel, Access, Microsoft SQL database queries

·         At least 5 years of solid and proven track record in implementing or support any of the following:

•          * Supply chain planning business process analysis and design
•          * Demand Planning and inventory planning optimization
•          * Finite production scheduling and production sequencing
•          * Constraint based production and distribution planning,
•          * Linear programming based optimisation modelling tools
•          * Supply Chain Planning metrics and KPI, dashboard reporting
