A large US multinational ERP Software Solutions & Consulting company. 

About the Role:

This position is responsible to deliver exceptional consulting services for our company’s clients during project implementation, which primarily include gathering business requirements, designing solution/process & integration, configuring applications and performing testing, training and deployment. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

·        Deliver product training.

·        Build/configure solutions, based on design, using iterations of prototypes and testing to validate.

·        Participate in planning and execution of data conversion and migration.

·        Perform system integration test with clients’ in-house systems.

·        Collaborates with Project Manager, technical resources, support and product teams.

·        Support clients through GO-LIVE process and play key role in promoting solution adoption.

·        Participate in active knowledge capture and exchange with peers in consulting community.

·        Contribute to creation and on-going improvement of consulting assets (slide decks, templates, process, etc) utilized by consultants during project deliver

·         Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent field of studies.

·         At least 5 years of solid and proven track record in implementing or support of ERP solutions, specifically in Production and Planning operations.

·         Experience in playing a key role in full project lifecycle implementations.

·         Ability to travel, mainly within ASEAN region.

·         Experience with ERP solution – Infor LN is preferred.

·         Excellent communications and presentation skills.

·         Ability to learn and master new technologies quickly.

·         In-depth knowledge of business drivers and processes in Production and Planning.

·         Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
