About Our Client:

A large and renowned semiconductor company. 

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

       Plan and execute initiatives on Staffing and Compensation & Benefits

       Participate in external market survey to determine the company’s position and use this to ensure competitiveness and uniqueness

       Analyze company recruitment policies in relation to government regulations, prevailing rates for similar jobs in comparable industries, and to recommend changes

       Responsible for the Manpower Planning, company-wide hiring and controlling the hiring activities within the approved headcount budget.

       Participating for Career Fair, University Liaison and Staffing Road Show.

       Provides, assists and advises functional managers in all matters pertaining to their compensation and benefits 

 

Required Experiences:

       Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and above in related field.

       Minimum 10 years of working experience, with strong and proven people management skills.

       Broader HR knowledge such as HR Business Partnering, C&B, etc would be advantageous.

       In-depth knowledge and understanding of staffing strategies and recruiting at all levels, in a fast-paced recruiting environment

       Able to understand business challenges and transfer these to integrated talent solutions

       Well-developed in using multiple recruiting strategies and sources including advanced use of social networking sites, for passive and active candidate recruitment and to expand on our employment brand
