About Our Client:

A leading provider of ready-to-deploy, industry-focused application software and services for both the Government and Healthcare sectors with an enviable track-record.  

Duties & Responsibilities:

•       Interact effectively with stakeholders/users at all levels (Administrative, Informational, Therapeutic, Diagnostic, Support Services, etc)

•       Provide periodic updates of the progress of activities to the project stakeholders

•       Perform Q&A tasks on application software

•       Provide support to existing users

•       Assist existing users in diagnosing and solving problems

•       Gather and perform business process studies on new requirements or projects

•       Assist in tender bidding activities wherever requires

•       Assist in Presales activities (demo, etc) wherever requires

•       Documentation related to systems and users

•       The job scope is not restricted to the above as assignments to other tasks but within the Healthcare industry may be assigned based on company’s needs

•       Good university degree in computer science or equivalent

•       Hands-on experience in implementing Hospital Information or related systems would be advantageous

•       Must be analytical, detail and systematic & consistent focus on quality

•       Must have strong management, organizational and communication skills with emphasis on English

•       Willing to travel
