About Our Client:

A leading provider of ready-to-deploy, industry-focused application software and services for both the Government and Healthcare sectors with an enviable track-record.  

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

•       Attend meetings with potential Clients with the objective of determining technical and business requirements. Ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to proposing a solution

•       Able to articulate and present solutions to the internal and external stakeholders

•       Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders

•       Work with Product Management team to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products

•       Able to understand business drivers and challenges involved both internally as well as externally to our customers

•       Work closely with the Business Development team on the market intelligence and forecasts

•       Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm

•       Provide accurate and timely management information, to include – activity reports, bid reviews, solution review and proposal

•       Adhere to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes


 

Required Experiences:

•       Good university degree in computer science or equivalent

•       Possess relevant knowledge in Business Application and Software Solution Landscape

•       Minimum 8 years’ experience in application solutioning or providing consultative selling

•       Good technical knowledge in Business Applications and Analytics in an Enterprise Environment is an advantage

•       Hands-on experience in implementing Business Applications or related systems is an advantage

•       Good interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English

•       Willing to travel
