About Our Client:

A large Australian Telecommunications company, which is based in Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Reporting to the CTO, you will be responsible to plan resources & timelines, direct, coach & mentor team

·        Deliver software solutions that meets the needs and requirements for the business.

·       Points of engagement, but not limited to: business users, management, Business Analysts and Software Developers to determine and deliver software solution requirements.

·       Ensure usage of industry best-practices (SDLC, documentation, etc) within the development team.

·       Act as the technical expert and go-to professional for the team.

Required Experiences:

·       Degree qualifications in Computer Science or related field of studies, with >12 years experiences in Software Development and recent 5 years in People Management.

·        Java is the pre-dominant skill; others are a combination of the following: Spring Boot, Spring, RDBMS, Hibernate, etc

·        Experience in Telecommunication domain would be advantageous

·        Have a meticulous eye for business logic when reviewing such items like a Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) document, etc.

·        Ability to keep up with software industry trends and innovation.

·        Strong PM skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver the projects within the committed timeframe and budgetary constraints.

·        Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
