About Our Client:

A large and renowned semiconductor company. 

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

1) Talent Management
       One key responsibility of this Talent Management Manager is to maintain effective programs for Succession Planning, using industry best practices and tools such as 9-box grid.

       Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the continuous creation of an internal bench of top Talents.

       Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunities, diversity and competitive advantage

       Ensure that organization-wide Talent Management initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.

 

2) L&D:

       Conduct organisation-wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to ensure Learning & Development Curriculum and Calendar are developed to meet business objectives
and goals

       Establish and maintain good partnership with various HOD/Line Managers/stakeholders; and have on-going TNA conversations with them to ensure L&D solutions are developed and deployed to meet the business’ needs and requirements

       Build and deploy a career development framework which underpins career pathing for all employees

       As and when required, work with the business team to develop and execute bespoke programmes to meet unique business capability needs

       Identify and deploy new ways of learning (e.g., Digital) to enhance the learning experience of employees

       Facilitate training programmes, particularly leadership and soft skills related areas

       Plan and track the completion of professional qualifications for the identified roles

       Provide input on annual Learning strategy, based on organisation-wide TNA inclusive of planning and budgeting annual training spend

       Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements’


 

Required Experiences:

       Degree in Human Resources/Business Admin/Psychology or equivalent. Relevant certification will be a great advantage.

       More than 10 years working experiences with 6-8 years of related working experience in Learning & Development; and with experiences working with LMS – Learning Management System.

       For Talent Management, should have experience in designing, developing and supporting organization-wide Talent Management programs that cover Talent Development, Succession Planning and Performance Management, among others.

       Should have strong and proven track record in a managerial capacity, with key experiences in influencing Senior Business Leaders.

       A strong passion in proactively identifying talents across functions with proven experience in developing required appropriate talent assessments

       Act as liaison to universities, professional groups/societies, external related government agencies, and/or training provider vendors to ensure the continual improvement of the programs and services offered.

       Have strong collaboration and verbal/written communication
skills.
